Space elevators?
Posted on January 14th, 2004 No commentsThe Corner is abuzz with talk of Space Elevators, one of those science fiction-y things that sounds relatively feasible. Relatively in the sense that it sounds more doable than, say, light-speed travel or teleportation.
Space elevators. It’s been bugging me all day. Where have I heard of that before?
Oh! Of course…in DC Comics’ Hammerlocke! (Not that they originated the concept, but it is an idea that’s been around a while.)

Vincent Price a hunk?
Posted on January 14th, 2004 No commentsI guess I never really considered it, but the picture on Hollywood Pinup has me convinced. Maybe he just takes a better picture, but he looks better than any of the other guys on the page, even Cary Grant!
And no, I’m not gay. I’ve just been surfing for pictures of young Vincent Price.
*sigh* It’s for a PROJECT. HONEST!
Quit looking at me like that.
